Job summary

Resource Label Group seeks a Production Supervisor for the 2nd Shift in Des Plaines, IL. You will lead the 2nd shift operations teams, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency while driving a proactive culture of engagement.

Ideal candidate has at least five years of supervisory experience, hands-on Lean Six Sigma experience, and familiarity with Mark Andy or Flexo presses. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of related supervisory experience.
• Five years of Mark Andy or Flexo press experience required.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and manuals.
• Ability to communicate effectively with groups.

Responsibilities

• Oversee 2nd shift operations and supervise production teams.
• Ensure safety policies are followed and foster a proactive safety culture.
• Coordinate materials, setup, and workflow with presses and operators.
• Monitor production schedules and labor requirements to meet deadlines.
• Implement Lean manufacturing principles and CI projects as needed.
