Amanufacturing and converting shop in Chicago is seeking a hands-on Production Supervisor to lead its second-shift operation. This individual will oversee approximately 12 employees and play a central role in strengthening daily execution, accountability and continuous improvement across a lean manufacturing environment.

The opportunity is well suited to a floor-oriented leader who enjoys solving problems directly rather than managing from an office.

Compensation is $65,000-$75,000.
