Job summary

Inpro/Seal LLC in Rock Island, Illinois, is seeking a Production Supervisor for the 2nd shift (2:30pm–11:30pm) at our ISO-certified facility. You will lead 35+ team members, drive productivity, and ensure safety and quality across production, processing, and repair.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years as a supervisor, knowledge of Lean/CI, and strong leadership skills in a matrixed environment. Experience with ERP systems and BI tools is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as a production supervisor in manufacturing leadership roles.
• Practical knowledge of Continuous Improvement and Lean concepts.
• Strong communication and leadership in a matrixed environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead production teams to drive productivity and safety on 2nd shift (2:30pm–11:30pm).
• Coordinate activities in processing, manufacturing and repair to meet quality and cost goals.
• Manage staffing to meet metrics for customer satisfaction and coach ~35 team members.
