Job summary

MEMBERS ONLY is seeking a 2nd Shift Production Supervisor in Cincinnati, OH to lead daily operations and about 25+ production staff. You’ll drive safety, quality, and efficiency while coaching teams and solving problems in a fast-paced bakery environment.

Key responsibilities include promoting safety culture, ensuring GMP compliance, and partnering with Quality, Maintenance, Planning, and Safety teams to continuously improve delivery and cost metrics.

Qualifications

• Experience leading production teams in a manufacturing setting.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience collaborating with Operations, Maintenance, Quality and Safety teams.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Lead approximately 25+ production employees while ensuring safe, efficient, high-quality operations.
• Promote a strong safety culture on the production floor and enforce GMPs.
• Coach, develop, and support production staff and hold teams accountable.
• Monitor performance, identify improvements to reduce waste and downtime.
• Investigate production, quality, and safety issues using root cause analysis.
• Partner with Quality, Maintenance, Planning, Supply Chain, Sales and Safety teams.
