Job summary

Furst-McNess Company is seeking a 2nd Shift Production Supervisor in Lodi, WI. Mon-Thurs, Noon-10pm, with overtime as needed. Starting pay range: $27.00-$35.00 per hour depending on experience. Onsite role in a production/warehouse setting.

You will lead daily production activities, supervise staff, monitor quality and safety, and coordinate with maintenance and warehouse teams to ensure schedules and customer requirements are met. Benefits include comprehensive coverage and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of manufacturing, production, or operations experience.
• Previous supervisory, team lead, or leadership experience.
• Forklift certification preferred; willingness to obtain certification with company support.
• Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English and perform basic math calculations.
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs., and work in an indoor warehouse environment with temperature fluctuations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support daily production activities to ensure safety, quality, and productivity goals are achieved.
• Supervise and provide direction to production employees during assigned shifts.
• Monitor production processes, product quality, and workflow to meet standards.
• Train, coach, and develop employees on safe work practices and SOPs.
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment and ensure compliance with policies.
• Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and warehouse to resolve issues.
• Complete production records and required documentation accurately and timely.
