Ajulia Executive Search is seeking a Production Supervisor in Wisconsin to lead a manufacturing team, driving safe, efficient and high‑quality production on 2nd shift (3PM–11PM) or 3rd shift (11PM–7AM). The role emphasizes team leadership, workflow management, and continuous improvement, with a strong culture of safety and collaboration.

You will oversee staffing, daily reporting, and coaching while coordinating with other departments to keep production on schedule and aligned with quality

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2–4 years of experience supervising production employees in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and Outlook.
• Ability to coordinate multiple projects and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
