Job summary

CKS Packaging is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor for the 2nd shift in Atlanta, GA. You will oversee daily operations, lead a production team, and ensure KPIs, quality, and safety standards are met.

The role offers competitive pay, medical, dental, and vision benefits, discretionary bonus, and 401k with company matching after 30 days. Shift hours are 3:00pm–11:00pm, Monday to Friday with most Saturdays.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of production supervising experience.
• Hands-on, practical experience with blow molding of rigid plastic containers is a plus.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Understanding of manufacturing processes, production scheduling, and quality control.
• Knowledge of safety and quality standards in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to meet schedules and goals.
• Monitor output, scrap, and downtime; drive continuous improvement.
• Train, lead, and develop production team members.
• Collaborate with maintenance and quality teams to ensure machine performance and product quality.
• Maintain accurate production records and documentation.
