Job summary

CKS Packaging is seeking a skilled 3rd Shift Production Supervisor to oversee the blow molding department in Atlanta, GA. The supervisor will manage daily production, ensure schedules, maintain quality, and lead a team to meet safety and throughput goals.

Candidates should have 3+ years in production supervision, hands-on experience with blow molding is a plus, strong leadership and communication, and a focus on OSHA safety and cost control.

Qualifications

• 3+ years Production Supervising experience.
• Hands-on, practical experience with blow molding of rigid plastic containers is a plus.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of safety and quality standards in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily blow molding production activities.
• Ensure production schedules are met while maintaining quality and efficiency.
• Train, lead, and develop production team members.
• Monitor equipment performance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime.
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with OSHA and company policies.
• Collaborate with maintenance and quality teams to maintain optimal machine performance and product quality.
• Maintain accurate production records, reports, and documentation.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction.
