Responsibilities

• Supervise the manufacturing, packaging, and warehousing operations on second shift.
• Monitor and coach second shift team members to optimize performance.
• Enforce safety practices and procedures in the workplace.
• Provide on-the-job training to staff as needed.
• Assign work schedules to work centers to optimize machinery and labor utilization.
• Interface with Production Management, Planning, QA and Maintenance teams as needed.
• Demonstrate knowledge of manufacturing, packaging and warehouse processes and equipment.
• Generate reports on employee performance and progress.
• Participate in hiring for new team members.
