• Must have 3-5 years of manufacturing experience.
• Ability to coach and mentor frontline staff.
• Good communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as role model for associates and communicate instructions clearly.
• Coordinate support between production and engineering teams.
• Identify training needs and arrange activities.
• Monitor training progress and maintain employee-training matrix.
• Provide performance feedback for reviews.
• Ensure proper handling of materials and calibration items.
• Complete ERP-related transactions and document workflows.
