- Encourage employees to identify improvement opportunities and lead projects that enhance operational performance.
- Enforce safety procedures, quality standards, and established manufacturing processes.
- Collaborate with engineering, quality, maintenance, procurement, and plant leadership to resolve production challenges.

- At least 4 years of supervisory or manufacturing leadership experience.
- Strong understanding of production planning, workflow optimization, and resource management.
- Demonstrated success implementing continuous improvement initiatives, including Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and quality improvement programs.
- Proven ability to develop employees, coach team leaders, and build high‑performing teams.
- Strong accountability and performance management skills, with experience using production metrics to drive results.

2nd Shift – Experienced Operations Leader
Seeking a seasoned manufacturing leader capable of independently managing shift operations. Assembly, metal fabrication, brazing, and/or welding experience is preferred. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong people‑development skills, hands‑on operational leadership, and a proven ability to implement continuous improvement tools while holding employees accountable for performance.
