Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Operations Management or related field.
• Bachelors with 5+ years in supervisory roles preferred.
• Experience using ERP/SAP and production planning tools.
• Strong English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure production scheduling and plans meet volume requirements.
• Recommend equipment and facility improvements as needed.
• Identify deficiencies and oversee improvement actions.
• Manage resolution of critical product or equipment issues with internal teams.
