Job summary

Chromalloy Corporation is seeking a 2nd Shift Production Supervisor to lead manufacturing operations, ensuring safety, efficiency, and cost-effective production of quality components. You will guide a team, manage daily schedules, and collaborate with cross-functional groups to meet targets.

The role emphasizes continuous improvement, adherence to quality standards, and development of staff. A repairman certificate or A&P license is preferred, with potential overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be able to obtain a Repairman Certificate within 2-4 months of employment or have credentials such as an A&P license to supervise maintenance activities.
• Previous supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
• Working knowledge of quality systems, continuous improvement methodologies, and production processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee manufacturing operations to ensure safe, efficient production of quality products.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and direction to production staff.
• Coordinate daily and weekly production schedules to meet goals.
• Drive operational excellence, continuous improvement, and compliance with policies and quality standards.
• Maintain accurate production records and support cross-functional collaboration.
• Ensure a safe working environment and adherence to 5S and standard work practices.
