Job summary

Chromalloy is seeking a hands-on Production Supervisor to lead daily manufacturing operations. The role is 2nd shift, from 3:00 pm to 11:30 pm, and requires driving safety, quality, productivity, and on-time delivery while developing high-performing teams.

The candidate will coordinate with Quality, Engineering, Production Control, and HR to meet customer expectations, and oversee staffing, schedules, and workflow priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of manufacturing leadership/supervisory experience.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop production employees.
• Drive safety, quality, delivery, and productivity performance.
• Manage production schedules, staffing, and workflow priorities.
• Champion Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Partner with Quality, Engineering, Production Control, and HR to meet customer expectations.
• Monitor key operational metrics and drive measurable results.
