The role requires 5+ years in a supervisory capacity within heavy manufacturing. Strong mechanical aptitude and collaboration with maintenance teams are essential for sustaining high-quality output.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of supervisory or management experience in heavy, fast-paced manufacturing or construction environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Industrial, Electrical, Mechanical) or Manufacturing and related field is desired.
• Lean Manufacturing and/or Six Sigma experience is a plus.
• Ability to lead and direct workforce to promote skill development, quality, safety, and compliance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct hourly production employees to meet daily targets while maintaining safety and quality.
• Manage daily operations, monitor workflows, troubleshoot, and implement improvements to meet standards.
• Provide hands-on support and maintenance for mechanical equipment in partnership with maintenance teams.
• Champion safety programs, conduct audits, and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Collaborate with operations/plant leadership to meet KPIs and quality standards.
