Steele Solutions in South Milwaukee, WI is seeking a Production Supervisor for the 2nd shift to lead daily manufacturing operations, ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery, and drive operational excellence.

Reporting to the Plant Manager, you will develop people, coordinate cross-functional teams, and foster continuous improvement while maintaining a positive, results-driven work environment.

Qualifications

• Requires 3+ years of manufacturing experience and 2–5 years of supervisory leadership.
• Strong leadership, safety culture, and continuous improvement mindset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop production employees on 2nd shift.
• Ensure safety, quality, productivity, and on-time delivery.
• Coordinate staffing and daily production plans.
• Drive continuous improvement and cost reduction initiatives.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Procurement, and Maintenance.
• Communicate production status and metrics to leadership.
