Job summary

Standex International is seeking a Shift Supervisor for the 2nd shift in New Berlin, WI. You will plan hour-by-hour production, lead a 2nd shift team, and coordinate with engineering, quality, and support areas to meet quality, delivery, and cost goals.

Responsibilities include resolving production issues, monitoring run times, ensuring safety, and maintaining proper documentation for hand-offs to the 1st shift. Candidates need strong leadership and manufacturing experience.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• 5+ years in high mix/low volume metal fabrication manufacturing is required.
• 3+ years leading/supervising small groups is required.
• Extensive knowledge of how machines (forming, machining, welding, assembly) operate is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan hour-by-hour production for the 2nd shift and coordinate with Lead personnel.
• Provide technical floor support and resolve issues as they arise.
• Ensure department schedules meet shipments and document run times.
