Job summary

Gerber Products Company, now part of Nestlé, seeks a Production Supervisor to lead a manufacturing shift, ensuring safety, quality, and continuous improvement across operations. The role requires coordinating resources, mentoring staff, and driving efficiency in a dynamic production environment.

You will develop the team, enforce GMP/HACCP standards, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to meet plant objectives while controlling costs and supporting KPI targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing, engineering, business administration or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years in a similar manufacturing role, preferably food industry.
• Strong computer skills; SAP experience preferred.
• Exposure to digital manufacturing tools like POKA or similar is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate production activities to maximize efficiency, product flow, reduce loss and increase yield through optimal resource use.
• Ensure GMP, HACCP, NQS, SSOP, FTQ and related procedures are understood and followed.
• Provide direction to team to achieve safety and productivity goals and manage costs during shifts.
• Lead and develop associates including coaching and one-on-one support.
