Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in production supervisor role within the beverage or food manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Manufacturing Management Certification (CTME) a plus

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, supervise, and motivate activities of all assigned employees to meet safety, quality, delivery, cost, and production goals.
• Ensure production processes run reliably, efficiently, and compliant with quality standards; plan and oversee production schedules and resources.
• Organize, monitor, and prioritize tasks to meet production goals; evaluate stations for optimum efficiency.
• Train and manage teammates to ensure performance and adherence to operating standards; administer policies and procedures.
• Track KPIs/costs and anticipate trends to protect financial targets
