Job summary

CyberCoders is seeking a hands-on Production Supervisor for our 2nd shift in Mira Loma, CA. You will lead on the floor, drive output, and ensure safety, quality, and efficiency during peak production hours.

You should have 3+ years in supervising high-volume food manufacturing, with Lean 5S experience and a proven track record of stable tenure. Bilingual English/Spanish is strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience supervising production teams in a high-volume food manufacturing environment
• Lean basics like 5S and waste reduction
• Hands-on lead-on-floor attitude and strong communication skills

Responsibilities

• Lead the Floor & Drive Output: manage shift lines, track attendance, report line status, and push for daily improvements
• Keep People Safe: enforce safety rules, PPE, LOTO, OSHA/FDA guidelines
• Handle Quality & Inventory: work with QA on holds, check stock, log finished goods in NetSuite
• Train & Communicate: run daily shift meetings, follow training schedule, update other departments
• Keep the Plant Clean & Organized: maintain safe, clean work area, ensure smooth plant operation
