Job summary

CyberCoders in California is seeking a hands-on Production Supervisor to lead frontline activities on the 1st shift, ensuring meal assembly and packaging goals are met safely and on time.

You will enforce GMP/HACCP/SQF standards, mentor a diverse blue-collar team, optimize operations to reduce waste and improve yields, and keep accurate logs for audits. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred to support our workforce.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of supervisory experience in a food manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of HACCP, GMPs, and FSMA.
• Ability to lead, de-escalate conflicts, and motivate a large blue-collar workforce.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Frontline: supervise daily production activities on the 1st shift, meeting meal assembly and packaging goals safely and on time.
• Drive Quality & Safety: enforce GMP, HACCP, and SQF standards to ensure food safety.
• Develop Your Team: mentor scheduling, training, and performance to foster accountability.
• Optimize Operations: monitor lines to reduce waste, improve yields, and troubleshoot bottlenecks.
• Report Results: maintain production logs, inventory records, and safety documentation for audits.
