Job summary

Masters Gallery Foods, Inc. is seeking a 2nd Shift Production Supervisor to oversee shift operations in our Wisconsin facility. You will coordinate production activities, manage packaging and quality documentation, and lead safety and continuous improvement initiatives across the department.

The role requires strong leadership, effective communication, and a focus on safety, quality, and cost controls in a fast-paced production environment. Weekend and extra hours may be required based on demand.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in production/manufacturing with progressive responsibilities.
• Ability to communicate effectively and lead teams.
• Knowledge of GMP/safety policies.
• Willingness to work weekends and extra hours.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise all Production Department activities.
• Optimize packaging equipment utilization.
• Manage bulk preparations and finished product packaging.
• Maintain quality documentation and compliance.
• Lead department meetings and drive safety initiatives.
