Job summary

Brakebush Brothers, Inc. in Wisconsin seeks a Production Supervisor for 2nd shift to optimize team performance and line efficiency. You will supervise a production team, coordinate with Safety, Quality, Maintenance and Sanitation to uphold food safety standards and minimize downtime.

The role requires at least 3 years of leadership in a USDA-regulated facility and strong communication skills. Experience with SAP or similar systems is preferred; some weekend work may be required.

Qualifications

• Three years leadership experience in a USDA regulated facility or a bachelor’s degree with two years of leadership experience.
• Demonstrated production knowledge and ability to supervise a team.
• Strong written and oral communication with a team-focused approach.
• Ability to organize work within schedule constraints and handle emergent needs.

Responsibilities

• Supervise production team members to meet productivity, quality, waste and safety targets.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, SOPs, HACCP and SQF standards.
• Coordinate startups, changeovers, and sanitation across production lines.
• Lead performance appraisals and corrective actions to maintain safe teamwork.
• Improve quality, yields and throughput.
