Job summary

Brakebush Brothers, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for 2nd shift at the Irving, TX facility.

The role coordinates maintenance work orders, oversees a team of technicians and apprentices, and collaborates across Production, Utilities, Planning and Safety to ensure consistent yields and compliance with HACCP, USDA and food safety protocols. The supervisor will lead efforts to minimize downtime, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely maintenance across shifts, while communicating status

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Industrial Mechanics/related position or 1 year plant maintenance with degree/equivalent
• 1 year in a leadership or project management role
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance technicians and apprentices; manage scheduling and attendance
• Coordinate major maintenance projects with plant engineers and Continuous Improvement
• Respond quickly to line breakdowns and perform failure analysis to prevent recurrence
• Communicate maintenance status reports across shifts and departments
