Qualifications

• Demonstrated production knowledge and strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively, write reports, and use MS Office.
• Capability to manage time and organize work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise production team on assigned line to ensure safety, quality, yield and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, SQF and company policies.
• Coordinate line startups, changes, and sanitation; drive performance improvements.
• Conduct performance appraisals and develop team members.
• Provide guidance and support to cross-functional teams as needed.
