MDS Staffing is seeking Production Supervisors for a bakery operation in Rocky Mount, NC. This full-time, on-site role covers 1st–3rd shifts and leads a team of 15–25 production employees to meet safety, quality and production goals.

The position emphasizes hands-on leadership, coaching, and collaboration with maintenance, quality and other departments to resolve issues and improve efficiency.

Qualificações

• Experience leading employees in food manufacturing, bakery or frozen foods is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to drive performance, accountability and improvement.
• Strong knowledge of food safety, GMPs and manufacturing operations.
• Excellent communication, organization and problem-solving skills.

An established food manufacturer is hiring Production Supervisors for its bakery operation. Opportunities are available across first, second, and third shifts.

Lead a team of approximately 15–25 production employees, helping deliver safe, high-quality products while meeting production goals. This is a hands‑on leadership opportunity with an established supervisory team and room for professional growth.

Responsibilities:

• Lead daily production activities, staffing, and shift assignments.
• Coach, train, and develop employees while setting clear expectations.
• Maintain food safety, quality, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
• Monitor production performance, address downtime, and improve efficiency.
• Partner with maintenance, quality, and other departments to resolve issues.
• Communicate priorities and ensure effective shift handoffs.

Qualifications:

• Production supervisory experience in food manufacturing; bakery or frozen food experience is especially relevant.
• Demonstrated ability to lead employees, manage performance, and build accountability.
• Working knowledge of food safety, GMPs, and manufacturing operations.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills.
• Willingness to work the assigned shift and support production scheduling needs.

Proposed Salary Range and Benefits:

• Base Salary: $76–$93K + 5% bonus opportunity
