Job summary

FXI is seeking a Production Supervisor for the 2nd shift at our Corry, PA facility. This onsite role leads hourly teams, coordinates production schedules, and ensures safety and quality standards are met while driving continuous improvement initiatives.

The candidate should have 3–5 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing, a degree in management, and ERP/SAP experience. Lean training is a plus; a 4-day work week may apply depending on site needs.

Qualifications

• English reading/writing/speaking required.
• Degree in Management or related field.
• 3–5 years of manufacturing supervision experience.
• ERP experience, SAP preferred.
• Lean experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety, quality, productivity, and personnel performance in assigned areas.
• Provide daily leadership to hourly associates and production specialists.
• Coordinate production schedules and SOP/safety compliance.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain production flow and communicate requirements to staff.
