Responsible for ensuring safety protocols and managing employee performance, the ideal candidate has 3-5 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing, is familiar with ERP systems (preferably SAP), and has a degree in Management or a related field. Qualifications

• 3-5 years supervisor experience in the manufacturing field required.
• Experience in ERP systems is a plus, preferred experience with SAP.
• Lean manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure employees are following all safety processes and protocols.
• Conduct weekly safety meetings and coordinate incident investigations.
• Perform periodic inspections of the production/plant area.
