Qualifications

• Experience: 1+ years in a manufacturing environment; prior supervisory experience preferred.
• Special skills: Strong leadership, problem-solving, ability to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead the production team, including hiring, training, and coaching on policies and benefits.
• Guide shifts and rotate workstations to optimize efficiency and safety.
• Review daily production orders to ensure on-time, accurate shipments and proper inventory coding.
• Ensure all stations are staffed before production starts and that equipment passes USDA inspections.
• Promote safety through daily practices and monthly meetings.
• Oversee processing operations and collaborate with other supervisors to solve problems.
• Provide ongoing education on quality and process improvement.
