Kraft Heinz in Dover is seeking a Production Supervisor for the 2nd shift (2 PM – 11 PM) to lead day-to-day manufacturing operations. The role reports to the Business Unit Manager and focuses on delivering productivity, safety, quality and cost goals within a collaborative, plant-wide leadership team.

The ideal candidate has a BA/BS in a related field and 2+ years in a supervisor role, with manufacturing experience and strong leadership, communication and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• BA/BS Degree preferred in related field.
• 2+ years of experience in a supervisor role.
• 1+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Ability to lead, motivate and mentor large teams of hourly associates.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Strong analytical/critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work effectively with a wide range of plant personnel from hourly staff to senior management.

Responsibilities

• Achieve productivity, efficiency, customer service, cost, quality, safety and employee engagement objectives through individual and team contributions.
• Provide direction, leadership, development and support to direct reports through empowerment and teamwork.
