Job summary

Kraft Heinz Kendallville is hiring a 2nd Shift Supervisor to lead line performance, coach teams, and sustain quality on the Kendallville, IN plant. The role focuses on staffing, safety, and continuous improvement across multiple production lines.

You will drive changeovers, monitor line effectiveness, and collaborate with leadership to resolve issues and maintain production targets on a 2nd shift schedule.

Qualifications

• Manage line performance across multiple lines.
• Create and manage schedules and overtime coverage.
• Coach and train team members to improve capability.
• Ensure finished products meet quality standards daily.
• Follow safety and quality procedures.

Responsibilities

• Own the team shift plan and support team members as needed.
• Lead Level 2 meetings and drive root-cause countermeasures.
• Drive continuous improvement of line effectiveness and quality.
• Coordinate product changeovers according to the production schedule.
• Analyze downtime and equipment failures; plan line repairs with Maintenance Lead.
• Engage with leaders to remove barriers and recognize successes.
