Job summary

Indivior is seeking a Production Supervisor on 2nd shift to oversee the prep, compounding, filling, and inspection areas in a GMP plant. The role requires leadership, regulatory experience, and the ability to improve processes while ensuring safety and quality.

You will supervise daily activities, manage batch records, and drive KPI improvements in a fast-paced pharmaceutical setting. A strong teamwork mindset and problem-solving skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership and supervisory skills.
• Minimum five (5) years in a regulated industry.
• Minimum three (3) years in related supervision preferred.
• Experience in cGMP manufacturing or clean room environment preferred.
• Pre-filled syringe experience preferred.
• Strong analytical reasoning and root-cause analysis.
• Excellent math, documentation, and technical writing interpretation.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and audits as SME.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational areas for cGMP compliance and quality.
• Ensure timely, accurate batch records documentation and closeout.
• Manage day-to-day activities of the production area.
• Develop and review SOPs for Prep, Compounding and Filling.
• Drive continuous improvement in operations.
• Trend KPIs and take corrective actions.
