Job summary

Indivior PLC is seeking a Production Supervisor on 2nd shift to lead aseptic and non-aseptic production areas, ensuring safety, quality, and regulatory adherence. The role focuses on planning, supervising, and improving processes in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities include managing batch records, SOPs, and cross-functional collaboration to achieve KPIs, with a strong emphasis on leadership and continuous improvement. Salary ranges and benefits are provided in the posting.

Qualifications

• Leadership and supervisory experience in regulated environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with cGMP manufacturing or clean rooms is preferred.
• Familiarity with batch records and SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee cGMP compliance and establish systems to heighten quality.
• Ensure timely and accurate documentation and closeout of batch records.
• Manage day-to-day activities of the operational area.
• Develop and review SOPs for Prep, Compounding and Filling.
• Drive continuous improvement in operational areas.
• Track KPIs and take corrective actions as needed.
• Develop and mentor team members to operate independently.
