Job summary

Eaton’s ARS division seeks a 2nd shift Production Supervisor at the Cleveland, TN facility to plan, direct and optimize production for on-time deliveries. You will lead a skilled team, maintain safety standards and drive continuous improvement across operations.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and 2+ years in manufacturing, with preferred supervisory experience and SAP/Lean Six Sigma exposure. This is a fulltime, on-site position with diverse benefits and a focus on quality and safety.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship, now and in the future.
• No relocation benefit is being offered for this position. Only candidates within a 50-mile radius of the work location will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Workforce Planning and Production Management: Assist the Operations Manager in planning and maintaining the appropriate workforce to meet production demand.
• Team Leadership, Engagement and Performance Management: Maintain morale, train, evaluate and manage performance while ensuring quality and service.
• Health, Safety and Regulatory Compliance: Maintain a safe workplace and ensure training in safe practices; investigate incidents and implement corrective actions.
• Operational Excellence and Continuous Improvement: Develop and implement changes aligned with Eaton’s philosophy and processes.
• Inventory Control and Reporting: Maintain inventory accuracy and support daily planning with reports.

Education

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution

2+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment
