The role focuses on supervising a production team, upholding safety standards, and driving daily output. The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing, strong leadership, and solid communication skills, along with proficiency in MS Office.

Responsibilities

What You'll Bring

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• Must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident to be considered.
• A high school diploma or equivalent; college degree or related work experience preferred.
• 2–3 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and safety standards.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team of 10+ employees.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Outlook, and Word.
