Job summary

Coilmaster Corporation, part of Marmon Holdings, seeks a production supervisor to lead daily operations on the manufacturing floor. You will own staffing, workflow, problem-solving, and daily coaching to meet output, quality, and delivery targets.

You will supervise 5+ employees, ensure safety and training, and partner with maintenance and planning to remove roadblocks. Proficiency with ERP and MS Office is expected, with ADP/Workday experience a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; technical or manufacturing coursework preferred.
• Minimum 2 years in a manufacturing leadership role (lead, supervisor, or equivalent).
• Proven experience managing a team of 5+ employees in a production environment.
• Working knowledge of manufacturing equipment, standard work, and material flow.
• Experience with ADP/Workday preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assign work, set expectations, and adjust staffing to meet schedule demands.
• Monitor production flow, efficiency, scrap, downtime, and labor usage.
• Hold team members accountable to safety, quality, attendance, and performance standards.
• Support, coach, train, and onboard employees - reinforce correct methods and behaviors.
• Verify product meets specifications; escape quality or equipment issues immediately.
• Maintain accurate ERP transactions, production reporting, and daily shift documentation.
• Partner with Maintenance, Planning, Engineering, and Warehouse to remove roadblocks.
• Enforce 5S, housekeeping, and safe use of tools, machinery, and PPE.
• Lead shift huddles, communicate priorities, and provide feedback up and down the chain.
• Identify process gaps and recommend improvement opportunities.
• Perform other duties as needed to support production.

Working Conditions

Indoor manufacturing environment with exposure to moving machinery, material handling equipment, varying temperatures, and moderate noise. Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 30 lbs. PPE required as applicable.
