Job summary

Valmont Industries is hiring a Shift Supervisor for the Miami site. The role oversees production, material flow, and quality on the 3:00 PM–11:30 PM shift, Monday through Friday, with weekend work as needed. Starting pay is $65,000 with a 10% monthly bonus potential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required with 2+ years of leadership experience in an industrial setting.
• Strong communication, organizational and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Experience reading safety rules and operating procedures is expected.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and supervise production to maximize manpower, machines, and materials.
• Ensure product quality meets standards and review shift performance.
• Maintain safety, housekeeping, and PPE compliance on the production floor.
• Review payroll accuracy for direct reports and manage timekeeping reports.
