Job summary

Graham Packaging Company is seeking a Production Specialist for its Modesto, California facility on the 2nd shift (3:00PM - 11:30PM, Monday to Friday). Responsibilities include maintaining a clean production area, packing bottles, case making, inspecting products, and ensuring quality and safety compliance.

The ideal candidate will have prior manufacturing experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure while following established guidelines.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing experience is a plus.
• Ability to maintain regular, predictable attendance.
• Proficient computer usage and typing skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, including customer interactions.
• Ability to work independently and complete assignments within guidelines.
• Collaborates well with others and contributes to team objectives.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety, health, quality GMP and company policies.
• Perform packing, case making and general factory tasks.
• Visually inspect finished product for defects and ensure proper sealing.
• Operate and maintain packaging equipment safely.
• Assist with rework and quality improvements as needed.
• Complete written documentation and communicate issues to supervisors.
