Job summary

CTS Technology Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Production Planning Analyst on 2nd shift in Everett, WA. The role focuses on production stabilization, capacity planning, and tool/resource optimization under guidance from senior analysts.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s in a business discipline and 1+ year in manufacturing or production. Strong Lean knowledge, data analysis, and proficiency with MS Office are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business-related field such as Business Administration, Business Management, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or Economics.
• 1+ year of experience in engineering, manufacturing or production environment.

Responsibilities

• Analyze performance against daily schedules or orders.
• Learn production processes to ensure correct sequencing and resource alignment.
• Identify defects trends and provide recommendations to reduce defects.
• Suggest process improvements to reduce non-value-added work and improve cost and flow.
• Support disruption recovery planning using resource capacity and constraint analysis.
• Collaborate with multiple support organizations to develop visual performance metrics and improvement plans.
