Dunhill Staffing Systems is seeking an Early Career Manufacturing Analyst to support production operations in Everett, WA. The role focuses on stabilizing the production environment, applying lean methodologies, and collaborating with engineering, quality, and program management.

This on-site contractor position emphasizes analyzing performance, learning processes, reducing safety issues, and driving root-cause analysis to improve quality and cost flow.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with an emphasis in business related curriculum such as: Business Administration, Business Management, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or Economics
• 1+ years of experience working in an engineering, manufacturing and/or production environment

Responsibilities

• Analyze performance to daily schedules or orders
• Learn the production processes to ensure correct sequencing and resource alignment
• Reduce or eliminate safety and ergonomic issues
• Identify quality defects trends through root cause analysis and providing recommendations to reduce or eliminate defects
• Provide recommendations on process improvements that reduce non value-added work which would improve cost and flow
• Manage disruption recovery plans using resource capacity and constraint analysis and integrating with leaders of downstream work statement to communicate impacts to schedules and major milestones
• Collaborate with all manufacturing, engineering, and production-supporting organizations and be a self-starter and collaborative team player
