AMSOIL INC. is seeking a second shift Production Operator at the AMSOIL Center in Superior, WI. The role emphasizes safety, quality, and teamwork to keep packaging and blending operations running smoothly.

You will work Monday to Friday, 2:30pm–10:30pm, with occasional overtime and weekend requirements. Compensation ranges from $20.00 to $22.00 per hour, with shift differential and bonus opportunities based on performance and attendance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and operate a forklift with training provided.
• Clear communication and problem-solving skills to support day-to-day operations.
• Ability to work as part of a team and independently with self-direction.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe, compliant work environment by following safety procedures and using PPE.
• Operate production equipment daily to support production targets.
• Be flexible across multiple production functions, including packaging, kits, and filling containers.
• Ensure consistent product quality by applying established QC standards.
