The role focuses on maximizing equipment uptime, troubleshooting mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives that drive business success. Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent training and experience.
• 5+ years of maintenance experience in industrial settings.
• Experience with PLCs, motor controls, VFDs, hydraulics and pneumatics.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance to improve equipment reliability and reduce downtime.
• Support production line changeovers and equipment setup.
• Read schematics, blueprints, technical manuals, and equipment documentation.
• Maintain and repair production equipment, material handling equipment, and facility systems.
• Support HVAC, plumbing, electrical, lighting, and general facility maintenance activities.
• Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Safety, and Quality teams to improve equipment performance and reliability.
• Utilize CMMS software to document maintenance activities and manage work orders.
