Job summary

AMSOIL is hiring a Blender for our Milwaukee, Wisconsin manufacturing plant. You will mix raw materials on blending equipment to produce finished products meeting production standards and goals. The 1st shift runs Monday through Friday from 6:30 am to 3:00 pm.

The role emphasizes safety, quality control, teamwork, and reliability in a fast-paced plant setting. Required: high school diploma, ability to read and follow instructions, basic math, and willingness to operate a forklift after training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must demonstrate reliability and good attendance.
• Able to read and comprehend written and oral instructions.
• Must have math skills to add, subtract, multiply, and divide.
• Able to operate in a manufacturing environment.
• Willing to cross-train to meet production needs.
• Must be able to stand, walk, and lift up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Follow formulations and processing procedures as required by production demand.
• Operate and clean manufacturing equipment, tanks, mixers, scales, pumps, and vessels.
• Use quality control guidelines to ensure correct material usage and measurement.
• Load and offload railcars and tankers as required.
• Maintain a safe working environment and follow safety policies.
• Collaborate with team members, communicating quality and safety concerns during handoffs.
