Job summary

AMSOIL INC. is seeking a second shift Production Operator at the AMSOIL Center in Superior, WI. You will operate production equipment, support packaging, and ensure safety and quality standards are met throughout the shift.

Scheduled hours are Monday through Friday, 2:30pm–10:30pm, with occasional overtime and weekend work. The role offers competitive pay, shift differential opportunities, and benefits to support growth and stability in a safety‑driven environment.

AMSOIL INC. is hiring for a second shift Production Operator at our AMSOIL Center in Superior, WI! We are looking for a hands-on Production Operator who thrives in a safety-first team environment and takes pride in producing high-quality products.

Why this role matters:

This role is essential to keeping production operations running safely, efficiently, and with a strong focus on quality. Production Workers work closely with others to keep packaging and blending operations running smoothly, maintain a clean and organized environment, and support shared goals for safety, quality, and teamwork.

Scheduled hours: Monday - Friday 2:30pm - 10:30pm. Occasional overtime/weekends may be required.

What you will own:
  • A safe and compliant work environment through consistent adherence to all safety procedures and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
  • Daily operation of production equipment, ensuring efficient and reliable performance to support production targets.
  • Flexibility across multiple production functions, including operating and monitoring packaging line equipment, assembling kits, and accurately filling large containers with product as required.
  • Consistent product quality during packaging by applying established quality control standards to ensure items are clean, properly aligned, and filled to the correct specifications.
