Job summary

AMSOIL is hiring a second shift Production Operator at the AMSOIL Center in Superior, Wisconsin. You will operate production equipment, ensure safety, quality, and efficiency, and support packaging and blending operations.

We offer a safety-focused, team environment with opportunities for advancement, OT/weekend availability, and competitive wages ranging from $20.00 to $22.00 per hour, plus overtime opportunities and a company bonus program.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Willingness to learn and operate a forklift.
• Clear communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team and independently.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Comfort in a fast-paced environment and multitasking.
• Physical ability to stand/walk and lift.
• Availability to work Monday–Friday 2:30pm–10:30pm with overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and compliant work environment through adherence to safety procedures and PPE.
• Operate production equipment to support targets and ensure efficient performance.
• Flexibility across packaging, kit assembly, and filling large containers as required.
• Apply quality control standards to ensure products are clean, aligned, and filled to spec.
