Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company is hiring on the 2nd shift for a manufacturing role focused on set-up, operation, and maintenance of equipment used to fill and package products for shipment. You will work with heavy machinery, monitor quality, and maintain production records in a safety-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• At least 1 year of experience in manufacturing/distribution environments.
• Experience monitoring gauges, dials or machinery indicators.

Responsibilities

• Operate paint making control systems and equipment like high-speed dispersers, filling machines, pumps and robots.
• Breakdown and clean equipment; maintain logs and perform minor repairs.
• Package and label filled containers to spec; monitor raw materials and finished goods quality.
• Record production data; collaborate with other departments to complete orders on time.
• Provide technical support and training to teammates; keep work area clean and organized.
