Zusammenfassung

Sherwin-Williams is seeking a 2nd shift Manufacturing Operator to set up, run, and maintain equipment for filling and packaging products. You will work with high-speed dispersers, filling machines, robotics, and forklifts while keeping safety and quality at the forefront.

You will join a manufacturing team responsible for efficient operations, accurate production records, and collaborative problem solving. A bonus program applies based on performance under company plans.

Qualifikationen

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years old.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Aufgaben

• Operate paint making control systems and manufacturing equipment in an efficient and safe manner.
• Breakdown and clean all equipment including pumps, tanks, valves, and lines.
• Package and label filled containers to specifications.
• Monitor raw materials and finished goods for quality.
• Comply with policies and standard operating procedures.
• Keep equipment logs, perform minor repairs, and report breakdowns promptly.
• Maintain production records and reporting as required.
• Collaborate with other departments to complete production orders on time.
• Monitor and replenish inventory of parts and supplies.
• Provide technical support and training to other team members.
• Contribute ideas to improve or optimize manufacturing procedures.
• Keep tools, equipment, and the work environment clean and organized daily.
