Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company is seeking an Operator to join our Garland, TX manufacturing team. You will set up, run, and maintain equipment to produce paint and coatings, while keeping a safe, clean, and productive work environment.

Shift: 2nd. Monday–Friday, 2:00pm–10:30pm. The role includes bonus eligibility based on performance and adherence to company plans. You will interact with staff across departments to ensure on-time production and quality.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Operate paint-making control systems and manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently.
• Load and unload trucks with raw materials and finished goods.
• Perform assigned manufacturing tasks.
• Monitor raw materials and finished goods for quality.
• Maintain production records and logs, and report breakdowns promptly.
• Provide technical support and training to team members.
• Collaborate with other departments to complete production orders on time.
• Keep tools, equipment, and the work environment clean and organized daily.
