Job summary

Sherwin-Williams is seeking a Manufacturing Operator to set up, run, and maintain equipment for filling and packaging products. You will operate high-speed dispersers, filling machines, pumps, and robotics while ensuring safety and quality.

The role includes log maintenance, collaboration with other teams, and adherence to procedures. The position offers an afternoon shift, with benefits including health coverage, retirement plans, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen years old.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
• At least 1 year of experience in manufacturing or distribution facilities.
• At least 1 year monitoring gauges, dials, or machinery indicators.
• At least 1 year operating packaging equipment and using material handling equipment.

Responsibilities

• Operate paint making control systems and packaging equipment in a safe, efficient manner.
• Breakdown and clean equipment, including pumps, tanks and lines.
• Package and label filled containers to specifications.
• Monitor raw materials and finished goods for quality.
• Maintain production records and report breakdowns promptly.
• Provide technical support and training to team members.
• Keep tools and workspace clean and organized daily.
