Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company is seeking a manufacturing operator for the 3rd shift (Sunday–Thursday, 11:00pm–7:30am) to set up, run and maintain equipment for filling and packaging products for shipment. You will operate HSDs, filling machines, pumps, robotics, and labelers, while ensuring a safe, clean, and efficient work environment.

Responsibilities include monitoring quality, performing minor repairs, keeping logs, and collaborating with other departments to meet production deadlines.

Qualifications

• Requires 1+ year in manufacturing and/or distribution facilities.
• Experience monitoring gauges, dials, or machinery indicators.
• Experience operating packaging equipment such as robotics, filling machines, case packers, or labelers.
• Must be eighteen (18) years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Operate painting and manufacturing equipment and control systems safely and efficiently.
• Break down and clean equipment including pumps, tanks, valves, and lines.
• Package and label filled containers to specifications.
• Monitor raw materials and finished goods for quality.
• Keep equipment logs and report breakdowns promptly.
• Maintain production records and support cross-department collaboration.
